The Role

We’re looking for a hungry, driven Media Sales Representative to join our team. You’ll manage and grow an existing book of business, while actively prospecting new clients — especially the new local businesses that are constantly opening in the Valley. You’ll sell across our full portfolio of products and build lasting relationships in the community.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage and grow an existing roster of local radio advertising clients
  • Prospect and develop new business with local companies opening throughout the Flathead Valley
  • Collaborate with our on-air talent to create compelling promotional packages
  • Sell integrated campaigns across radio, digital, app, website, and social media platforms
  • Build and maintain a growing client list through hustle, creativity, and relationship-building
  • Meet and exceed monthly revenue goals

What You’ll Sell

  • Radio advertising across our three stations
  • On-air promotions developed in partnership with our talent
  • Digital banner ads and website advertising
  • Our branded listener app
  • Social media advertising tied to our engaged local audience

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in media sales preferred (radio, digital, print, or TV)
  • A self-starter who is hungry to build something and earn
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Comfortable selling multiple products and crafting custom solutions for clients
  • Passion for the local community and enthusiasm for the media industry
