Silver Mountain Ski Getaway/Giveaway Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY: Contest open to U.S. residents,

One prize winner will be drawn at random from all eligible entries on January 16th and 23rd. for a total of one winner from KZMN and one from KOLK. Kalispell Ford entries will be added to the entrys from the radio station for each random drawing (total of 2x)

The winner will receive one over night voucher for the Silver Mountain Lodge. See restrictions on voucher. Must call ahead to verify coupon validity dates.

The winner need not be present to win. The winner will be notified by phone at which time they will receive instructions on how to collect their prize.

It is also expressly understood that nay and all taxes due as a result of winning any prize in this contest become the sole responsibility of the winner. No substitution or transfer of prize permitted. Participants must meet all eligibility requirements to be deemed a winner.

Entrants must completely fill out an entry blank or on-line registration must be complete

Kalispell ford / the monster or the lake will not be responsible for any illegible, late, destroyed, misaddressed, lost, misplaced or stolen entries.

Entrants must be I8 years or older

Winner is responsible for taxes including Federal, State, and Local. If any

All contributing parties including Silver Mountain and Kalispell ford / the monster or the lake are not responsible for failure to claim prize based upon mechanical, printing, or human errors or allegations of telephone malfunctions or hang-ups.

Winner must provide proof of identification License, or Social Security card to claim prize.
