You\u2019ll manage and grow an existing book of business, while actively prospecting new clients \u2014 especially the new local businesses that are constantly opening in the Valley. You\u2019ll sell across our full portfolio of products and build lasting relationships in the community.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>What You\u2019ll Do<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Manage and grow an existing roster of local radio advertising clients<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Prospect and develop new business with local companies opening throughout the Flathead Valley<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Collaborate with our on-air talent to create compelling promotional packages<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sell integrated campaigns across radio, digital, app, website, and social media platforms<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Build and maintain a growing client list through hustle, creativity, and relationship-building<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Meet and exceed monthly revenue goals<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>What You\u2019ll Sell<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Radio advertising across our three stations<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>On-air promotions developed in partnership with our talent<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Digital banner ads and website advertising<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Our branded listener app<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Social media advertising tied to our engaged local audience<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>What We\u2019re Looking For<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Experience in media sales preferred (radio, digital, print, or TV)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A self-starter who is hungry to build something and earn<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong communication and relationship-building skills<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Comfortable selling multiple products and crafting custom solutions for clients<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Passion for the local community and enthusiasm for the media industry<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Compensation &amp; Benefits<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We offer a competitive compensation package designed to reward performance:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Base salary guarantee<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Healthy commission structure<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Performance bonuses<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fun work environment with access to events and on-air promotions<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The unique perks that come with working at a radio station<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>How to Apply<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ready to make your mark in the Flathead Valley?
